“Amazing experience from start to finish. I’ve had an awful year with a dentist in general including wisdom teeth out and then getting trismus which naturally put me on edge with seeing any dentist a...”gain, this time I had a cracked tooth and decided to get an implant done. I called the practice and Nikki was super helpful and got me booked in.
I saw Dr Zafar and he carefully went through all my options and I decided to go ahead with an implant. I got booked in asap as I was in so much pain.
The day arrived and Mr Zafar and Arati put me at ease, whilst i waited for everthing to numb and the tooth coming out was very quick, next the implant. This was done very carefully to make sure the bone graft would work, and after half and hour or so was all done.
3 months later I went back for my shiny new tooth and what a great match. No pain at all.
The team were so great I’ve decided to now use the practice as my permanent dentist,
Mr Zafar is always looking at the next best thing in dentistry, so when I eventually go back for another implant I’m excited to learn what new progress has been made.

She has been so helpful and understanding (being previously extremely scared of visiting the dentist)...”. She started me through my hygiene journey and general dentistry journey going from a very anxious patient to now seeing her every 3 months for a deep clean and all my teeth need! Long journey ahead but she makes me feel so comfortable.
I’ve also just started my Invisalign journey through them and see the amazing Dr Tinashe with nurse Singita for this. They offer a great finance deal and I’m only 9 weeks in but can see amazing improvements already! Can’t recommend them enough.

Nadeem is a superb dentist with vast knowledge and skill. He is kind, friendly and welcoming which is what you need if your nervous of dentists, like I was prior to going to this practice.
I am on a payment plan to look after my implants which is excellent value for money and feel very looked after. I visit the hygienist Sheema for a clean every three months and have regular checkups. Sheema is extremely thorough yet gentle and has looked after my gums and kept my teeth healthy, she is warm and friendly with a Professional bedside manner,
Nikki the receptionist who greets you as soon as you walk in, puts you at ease and makes you feel welcome with her smile.

After a meaningful conversation with Nikki lead to a consultation with Nadeem a thorough examination and review Nadeem confirmed that implants were viable .This was good news for us.The implants are now in daily use without any problems. This is a direct result of the care and professionalism exhibited throughout the treatment by the team, Nadeem ,Sheena, Arati and Sayiti .I suppose the real recommendation is that we are now having further implant work carried out .

I needed two implants and after much searching and reading of reviews, settled on Smile Success, and I'm so glad I did.The team are great - Dr Zafar who carried out my treatment along with nurses Arati and Sangita were brilliant, talked me through every step, and were very reassuring and patient. Nikki coordinated all my treatment and was very well organised as there were quite a few appointments over several months, and this worked well. The implants are great. Thank you all! I've recently had 3 implants with the practice, all were explained by Dr Zafar who makes you feel at ease with a relaxed atmosphere, plus the nurses Arati and Sangita who along with Nikki the Practice Manager sorted out the treatment plan and costs which were explained. All appointments are booked in advance for the next treatment plan and they try to accommodate times that suit yourself. I would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else for any future work.
Dr Zafar is very knowledgeable and experienced and is ably supported by a great team.I found that he had the best outcome for me in mind with the advice he provided even if it meant one less implant (so less money for the practice). I wouldn't want it any other way.I found Dr Zafar to be happy to discuss various options and answer all the questions I had.For the two implants I did end up having, there have been no complications and they've been A-OK since I had them done one and a half years ago.Nikki, the practice manager is very approachable and helps coordinate treatment which makes it easy to find out pertinent information about treatment both before and after.I found nurses Arati and Sangita to be pleasant and adept at getting scans done and assisting Dr Zafar with the actual implant procedures.The practice is equipped with all the latest equipment including the 3D xray scanner which was a key deciding factor for me after getting nothing but hassle at a totally different unrelated practice where scans are done at a different location with poor communication between the implantologist's practice and the place where the scanner was resulting in wasted trips due to incorrect instructions.All in all, a professional service that I have no hesitation in recommending for anyone considering getting implants.

First rate service, beginning to end. The team here are experienced, processional and don't treat you like a number. They take time to explain procedures and there is no pressure, just best advice. Having had an implant from Nadeem I can genuinely say you are in good hands and he will make you feel at ease. Nikki, who is the practice manager, interfaces exceptionally well with patients and is kind, caring and understanding.I travelled quite a distance to attend here. Very glad I did. All i can say is that these people are amazing. They make you feel very comfortable before they get on with their job from start to finish its all friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My partner and myself have been going here since 2016.
Outstanding care for nervous patients!As someone who as always had a fear of going to a dentist, Dr Nadeem Zafar and the team (Arati and Nikki) at Smile Success have gone out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible.I am currently going through major restoration treatment and I absolutely love the results so far. I really look forward to my next visit now which is something I never thought I would say!Everything from the treatment plan, appointments and billing is clearly structured and transparent.
