Have read many of the reviews for Smile Success and really can’t think of a single thing to add that hasn’t already been saidJust excellent in all respects!I had two full jaw implants which Dr Zafar explained could be tricky as my jaw bones were in such poor condition but he just persisted and although it has been quite a long journey, I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for all the hard work and especially the final outcome.My teeth are lovely and even better, I can eat properly!!!I am just so pleased and would thoroughly recommend this practice for the great results and all the lovely, kind and professional people who work thereThank you so much

Dr Zafar is very knowledgeable and experienced and is ably supported by a great team.I found that he had the best outcome for me in mind with the advice he provided even if it meant one less implant (so less money for the practice). I wouldn't want it any other way.I found Dr Zafar to be happy to discuss various options and answer all the questions I had.For the two implants I did end up having, there have been no complications and they've been A-OK since I had them done one and a half years ago.Nikki, the practice manager is very approachable and helps coordinate treatment which makes it easy to find out pertinent information about treatment both before and after.I found nurses Arati and Sangita to be pleasant and adept at getting scans done and assisting Dr Zafar with the actual implant procedures.The practice is equipped with all the latest equipment including the 3D xray scanner which was a key deciding factor for me after getting nothing but hassle at a totally different unrelated practice where scans are done at a different location with poor communication between the implantologist's practice and the place where the scanner was resulting in wasted trips due to incorrect instructions.All in all, a professional service that I have no hesitation in recommending for anyone considering getting implants.

I needed two implants and after much searching and reading of reviews, settled on Smile Success, and I'm so glad I did.The team are great - Dr Zafar who carried out my treatment along with nurses Arati and Sangita were brilliant, talked me through every step, and were very reassuring and patient. Nikki coordinated all my treatment and was very well organised as there were quite a few appointments over several months, and this worked well. The implants are great. Thank you all! I would highly recommend.

I've recently had 3 implants with the practice, all were explained by Dr Zafar who makes you feel at ease with a relaxed atmosphere, plus the nurses Arati and Sangita who along with Nikki the Practice Manager sorted out the treatment plan and costs which were explained. All appointments are booked in advance for the next treatment plan and they try to accommodate times that suit yourself. I would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else for any future work.

A huge thank you to Dr. Zafar for my implants – the results are fantastic. Nurses Arati and Sangita were wonderful and made me feel really relaxed throughout the process. And of course, a special mention to Nikki, who has been totally professional and supportive from start to finish. The whole team made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended! I will see you all again later in the year for more planned work. Jason

Very friendly respectful staff who always greet you with a smile. From Nikki front of house to dentists Dr Zafar and Sheema plus Arati and Sangita the excellent nurses. Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. You feel part of their family than a customer. I've been coming here nearly 20 years so they must be doing everything right. Thank you

Had an implant (Stage 1) done recently.Absolutely thrilled with my dental implant procedure! The anxiety was minimal, far less than I anticipated, and completely manageable, thanks to Dr Nadeem Zafar & the team: Aarti, Sangita, & Nikki. They have an excellent manner & know how to put you at ease throughout.Look forward to Stage 2 !

After visiting a few orthodontists regarding invisiline I decided to go with smile success as they had good reviews, great price and the staff are all very friendly and make an effort to make you feel welcome and safe. So far I've had my fitting by Tinashe & Nurse Sangita which did a great job. Now on second set of trays and going well so far

Been using Smile Success since 2020. Hygienist Sheema is fantastic and all the team wonderful. Nikki has been brilliant, sorting out appointments around an ever changing work schedule. Wouldn't normally drive 40 minutes to a dentist, absolutely worth it here.

I was very nervous about having an implant but after my consultation with Dr Nadeem felt assured as he explained the whole procedure. Having been to other dentists, I felt confident immediately on seeing Dr Nadeem as he has a calming influence and is kind and understanding.My tooth was extracted, implant placed and I could not believe how pain free this was.Nikki on reception is such a lovely, warm, friendly person and has been most helpful throughout.I have received excellent treatment and cannot recommend Smile Success highly enough. Having just completed my third dental implant with the team at Smile Success, I am happy to recommend the experience to anyone considering the procedure. Dr. Zafir and his nurses Arati and Sangita proved most competent in their work and I am very happy with the outcome achieved.Also I shouldn't forget versatile Nikki on reception (and dental nurse!) who always had a smile to match the business name!

I was lucky that a friend who had two implants here recommended Dr Zafar, as she was really pleased.I needed three infected teeth extracting and was considering living with the gaps as I’m so nervous - but I had nothing to worry about and I’m so glad I came to Smile Success.The entire team put me at ease and Dr Zafar is a very calming influence. Everyone happily answered any questions, nothing was too much trouble so I felt confident during my treatment. Now working through implants and very pleased. Highly recommend this practice.

I started my implant treatment in December which has just been completed.Absolutely delighted with the end result. The service from start to finish was outstanding. Dr Zafar and nurse Arati explained everything step by step and I didn’t have to use my denture as Dr Zafar rebuilt my broken tooth which remained intact until the implant was in place. Got to say a big thank you also to Nicki and Vicki who provided customer service of the highest possible order and couldn’t do enough to go out of their way to help. I could not recommend this dentist highly enough. 10/10

Implants are expensive but I think my old dentist was extortionate, so I was looking for a more reasonable price when I found Smile Success on an internet search. Dr Nadeem Zafar with his nurse Arati looked after me very well and did a very good and pain free implant for me. Nikki on reception is very friendly and helpful making all the appointments. I have now quit my previous dentist and get my routine dentistry done here as well.

Christine's review;Team work makes the dream work, everyone involved turned my nightmare around, I've had a lifetime fear of the dentist and the treatment I've received has been life-changing. From my first conversation with the lovely Nikki then my consultation with Dr. Zafar, who wonderfully and professionally put my fears to rest and the kind words and comfort offered by his equally lovely assistant Arti . I am about half way through my extraction and implant treatment and I cannot recommend this wonderful team highly enough, it's a shame there's only five stars

I'm currently having a implant done and the process has been fantastic. From the very first step of booking a appointment and having my initial scan till having the implant put in, I have received absolutely amazing customer service, advise, and guidance from Nikki who really makes you feel at home.My treatment was done by Dr Soroush and his Nurse Sangita, who have really been amazing throughout the treatment, they told me the process step by step and gave me lots of advice. The thing for me that stuck out was the time and care they put in to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.I've had many dentists in the past, but this one sticks out by far, I would highly recommend them 100%. Thank You

I am a very nervous patient and was terrified at the thought of a dental implant.Nikki was the first big step in this journey.The dental reception has a calming and welcoming atmosphere. Nikki is friendly and approachable and gave me the confidence to go through with the treatmentMy treatment was carried out by Dr Zafar and Nurse Arati, who couldn't have been more understanding and empathetic. The actual procedure was ok! Surprisingly comfortable.Next is impressions then for the tooth to be fitted. To be continued...

I would highly recommend this practice all the staff were so lovely and helpful from my 1st appointment. I first went here believing there was no hope of fixing one of my front teeth after years of bad crowns, horrible dentist experiences and feeling very self conscious. I had been told the only option was to get an implant so I found this place online through good reviews. However after seeing Dr Zafar he informed me that I didn’t need to get an implant and could firstly try getting another crown. I was so overjoyed by this as the thought of an implant was rather overwhelming.After a few appointments with Dr Tinashe Nhova I now have the best front tooth I have had since I had an accident when I was just 14. I’m so happy with the results the look but most importantly the feel of my whole mouth is fantastic!

I discovered Smile Success through a family member and could not have been happier so far. My first appointment was with Dr Nadeem, a lovely person, who was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful, he went through all my choices to help me make my decisions for treatment. I am being treated by Dr Tinashe with his nurse Sangita, who are both great, they are very professional and really put me at ease. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly, including Nikki who was first to give me a warm welcome to the clinic. Everyone has gone above and beyond to help me with my journey.

Just finished having my second implant fitted and I am over the moon with the service and results that Smile success delivered. I had visited a couple of other dentists when researching implants but after my first consultation with Dr Zafar I knew I had found the right place to help me. I needed an extraction before my implant journey could start but from the first consultation through to my final appointment last week I am so happy with everything and couldn’t recommend this dentist enough. From Nikki on reception who always greets you with a smile , Arati the nurse and Dr Zafar himself who put me at ease and made my experience a happy one ! Thank you x 10/10
