We take a lot of pride in our same-day smile.
We want your initial (or “provisional”) set of teeth to be as close to your final teeth as possible, so we’ve gone a step further in producing them.
Most implant dentists produce dentures which are “converted” into a final set of teeth. Although this works, it’s not ideal.
We prefer taking the time to make you a custom set on the day using our on-site technician team. With fibre reinforcement for strength, you’ll receive a quality, same-smile product that look like final teeth.
The difference is huge.
Although we recommend changing your initial set for final teeth in the first 12 months, with maintenance and care, you can wear them up to 24 months.
For the first 6 months or so after placing your implants, we expect the gum to change shape. So after a while, your initial set won’t be a perfect fit.
The final teeth are made using CAD-CAM computer-aided technology and are either metal or zirconia-reinforced to make them strong enough for long-term use.
Your initial set becomes a great spare in case your final set ever needs servicing. The cost depends on the number of implants and materials chosen and doesn’t need to be paid for until you reach that stage – another reason to have excellent initial teeth.

I have now had new complete upper and lower implant teeth for nearly 2 years. I am amazed how good the fit and comfort is.
